ATTI is
now requiring that cancellations must be reported to ATTI at
least five (5) working days prior to the exam in question.
The previous cancellation policy was seven (7) days. Under
the new policy, we are allowing companies two (2) extra days
for cancellations.
Additionally, ATTI must be notified about substitutions to
the roster at least two (2) working days prior to the exam.
If you become aware of the need to cancel or reschedule
after-hours, over the weekend or a holiday, feel free to
leave a message in the ATTI voice mailbox at (602)
200-6780.
If
cancellations, reschedules are not reported to ATTI in the
timeframes listed above no refund will be given, per our
standard policy. Substitutions will not be accepted if
they’re not reported at least two days prior to the exam.
If you replace a technician without notifying ATTI in the
required timeframe, that technician will be turned away from
the exam and you will forfeit the money you paid for that
exam slot.
